AWS ISV Accelerate Program Requirements


Entrance Requirements


Enrollment in the AWS ISV Accelerate Program is not considered complete until an AWS Partner Plan and Field Ready Kit are submitted. To complete these requirements, navigate back to your AWS Partner Central Account Task List and follow the prompts for submission.

  • One or more software product(s) listed as being under General Availability (GA) on AWS Marketplace
  • 2 Publicly Referenceable Customers within the past 12 months approved in AWS Partner Central
  • 5 ACE Launched Opportunities OR 5 AWS Marketplace Private Offers (MPPOs) transacted within the past 12 months
  • APN Customer Engagements (ACE) Program Eligibility
  • AWS Partner Business Plan confirmed with your Partner Development Resource within the past 12 months 
  • Field Ready Kit (FRK) for the AWS Sales organization, including a sales brief (AWS internal reference document that highlights your product’s super powers) and a solution brief (a document that can be shared with AWS customers)
  • Executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with AWS

Participation Requirements


In addition to the entrance requirements, participating partners must work towards and maintain the following criteria:

  • Work with AWS in good faith on projects, Opportunities, or other initiatives that we’re jointly engaged on
  • Share Opportunities for engagement with AWS sales organization by creating an Opportunity in the ACE Pipeline Manger
  • Review and respond to AWS Sourced Opportunities in the ACE Pipeline Manager within 5 business days of being shared by AWS, including whether the shared Opportunity is net new business for your company
  • Track and report on Opportunities by updating opportunity status on a bi-weekly basis in the ACE Pipeline Manager – including: Opportunity Stage, Next Step, and AWS Field Engagement
  • Adhere to the AWS Partner Network Terms and Conditions

You acknowledge you will meet the above requirements during your participation in the Program. Such requirements must be satisfied in order to be eligible for any benefits that may be offered by AWS under the Program. Please provide the contact information for the primary individual at your company who will be responsible for continuing to meet these Program requirements.
