AWS GameDay
Join us for an AWS GameDay to test your AWS knowledge in an interactive, team-based, risk-free environment. AWS GameDay is a gamified learning event that challenges participants to use AWS solutions to solve real-world technical problems in a risk-free setting. AWS Skills Centers provides a welcoming space for individuals to connect and build relationships with like-minded professionals. This is a free public event open to everyone 18 years of age or older.
AWS GameDay with Terraform
The AWS HashiCorp GameDay is a new collaboration where teams take on the role of cloud engineers for a fictional startup, Unicorn.Rentals. Equipped with an initial Terraform codebase, teams will race to deploy critical AWS infrastructure, adapt to business needs, and respond to unexpected challenges that unfold during the event.
During the event, you’ll interact with Terraform to:
- Deploy real AWS resources using infrastructure as code
- Troubleshoot and fix misconfigurations
- Implement best practices in security, scalability, and availability
- Recover from simulated failures
- Launch and repair AWS infrastructure using Terraform CLI like a pro
